  • Our trailers require:

    • A relatively level setup area

    • Access for delivery and pickup

    • A standard power connection

    • Access to a water source is not needed since we provide the water

    We’ll walk you through all requirements during booking to ensure a smooth setup.

  • We offer flexible rental periods including single-day events, multi-day rentals, and extended use for larger gatherings.

  • Yes. Each trailer arrives fully cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with essentials. For multi-day rentals, servicing options are available to keep everything fresh and fully supplied.

  • Yes — Kauaʻi Event Trailer Co proudly serves the entire island. Delivery fees may vary depending on location.

  • We require a 50% deposit to reserve your rental(s). This is fully refundable up to 45 days prior to your event. Full payment is required 7 days prior to delivery. Prices are designed per day which includes drop off, staying overnight and pickup the next morning.

    *Booking online requires a $100 charge that will be applied toward your deposit.
